The ORA Welcome Guide

Welcome to ORA
Private prenatal and postnatal yoga, thoughtfully brought to your home throughout San Diego County. Your first visit is a chance to settle in, meet your instructor and experience a practice shaped around you.

Your first 90 minutes
Your visit includes arrival and setup, a personal check-in, an adapted yoga practice, breathing, supported rest and a gentle close before your instructor packs up. The visit is 90 minutes from arrival to departure; the amount of movement follows your comfort and energy.

A practice for your season
During pregnancy: Your instructor adapts movement, breathing and rest to your stage, comfort and any relevant guidance from your healthcare professional. Share your preferences and ask to pause whenever you need.
After birth: Your practice respects your individual recovery, energy and healthcare guidance. Please tell us if your baby will be nearby. Yoga instruction does not include childcare. ORA does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care.

What we bring and what to prepare
For your first visit only, your instructor brings one Liforme yoga mat, two yoga blocks and one Manduka bolster for you to borrow free of charge during the visit. The props return with your instructor. For later visits, prepare props to the same standard or purchase them through ORA.
Choose a quiet space with room for two mats and for two people to stretch fully. Wear comfortable clothes and keep water nearby. Share parking and access instructions with ORA before your visit.

How to begin
Request your first visit online. ORA confirms your instructor, time and travel before payment. You will see your instructor’s name, complete a private health questionnaire and service documents, and pay securely online. Your visit is confirmed once the required steps are complete. No introductory phone consultation is needed.
For a first visit with another ORA instructor, Della joins the arrival for a brief hello, then leaves your home while your instructor leads the visit.
