Booking Changes and Missed Visits

Use Reschedule or Cancel in your ORA account. The same notice periods apply to both, based on the scheduled start time in San Diego. You may add an optional note; please do not include medical records.
Your account handles changes up to 24 hours before your visit. For a change within 24 hours, or to reschedule a first visit, email contact@oramaternitywellness.com.

Fees
At least 24 hours before: no change fee. Example: $225 first visit, $0; $275 single visit, $0.
More than 12 but less than 24 hours before: 50% of the price paid for that visit. Example: $225 visit, $112.50; $275 visit, $137.50.
12 hours or less, including exactly 12 hours: 100% of the price paid for that visit. Example: $225 visit, $225; $275 visit, $275.
Missed visit, or no access when your instructor arrives: 100% of the price paid for that visit, charged for that visit only, never twice.

Details
At least 24 hours before: no change fee. A cancelled visit returns its booking credit, with the original expiration date. Rescheduling must be within the valid service period unless an extension applies. Cancelling a booking is different from requesting a refund of a purchase.
More than 12 but less than 24 hours before: 50% of the amount paid for that visit. At or within 12 hours: 100%. For a package visit, the rate is based on the package price paid per visit. You are not charged both a visit credit and a separate fee for the same amount.
A missed visit includes being absent or unavailable, or being unable to provide access when your instructor arrives for the confirmed appointment. The full visit price applies. ORA records the arrival and attempted contact before applying this status.
If pregnancy, birth, medical advice, your baby’s health or a family emergency affects your plans, email ORA to ask for a pause or extension. A note added to an ordinary cancellation does not automatically waive the fee. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
