Our Services
Private in-home visits throughout San Diego County.

PRENATAL YOGA & BIRTH PREPARATION
A private practice adapted to your pregnancy, comfort and energy, with mindful movement, breath awareness and supported rest. No previous yoga experience is needed.

POSTNATAL YOGA & MOTHERHOOD WELLNESS
A gentle return to movement, shaped around your recovery, energy and the realities of life with a baby. Your practice respects relevant guidance from your healthcare professional.

ORA CIRCLE
A private circle for the next chapter of motherhood.
Beyond the mat, we imagine beautifully considered gatherings: tea, flowers, thoughtful conversations and shared experiences with women in a similar season of life. ORA Circle will bring eligible package members together by invitation, as our community grows.
Small note: Future gatherings are invitation-only and subject to availability. Some experiences may carry a separate fee. Package purchase does not guarantee an invitation, a place or free admission.

A visit with room to settle in
Your 90 minutes include arrival and setup, a personal check-in, an adapted practice, supported rest and a gentle close before your instructor packs up. The pace follows your needs; the visit runs from arrival to departure.

Settle in and check in · Move at your pace · Rest and close

For your first visit, your instructor brings one Liforme yoga mat, two yoga blocks and one Manduka bolster for you to borrow at no charge during that visit. The set introduces the prop standard used in ORA sessions and is taken back at the end. For later visits, please prepare your own props to the same standard, or purchase them through ORA.

RYT 200 Registered Yoga Teacher · 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Certification

For a first visit with another ORA instructor, Della joins the arrival for a brief hello, then leaves your home while your instructor leads the visit.

Preparing your home
Please prepare a quiet, undisturbed area with enough room for two yoga mats and for two people to stretch fully. Wear comfortable clothing and keep water nearby. Share parking or access instructions with ORA before your visit.

Your baby may be nearby during a postnatal visit. Please let us know in advance so we can plan around your needs. Your instructor provides yoga instruction, not childcare; you remain responsible for your baby and any other children.
