Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to oramaternitywellness.com and to every session and service offered by ORA Maternity Yoga & Wellness ("ORA," "we," "us"). ORA is a sole proprietorship based in San Diego, California. You accept these Terms, our Booking Changes and Missed Visits policy, and our Privacy Policy when you confirm a booking or make a payment. Sending a visit request, a question, or a guide request does not create a booking and does not by itself accept these Terms.

1. Our services

ORA offers private, in-home prenatal yoga and birth preparation, and postnatal yoga and motherhood wellness, anywhere in San Diego County. A visit lasts 90 minutes from your instructor's arrival to departure, including setting up, checking in, yoga and breathing practice, rest, and packing up.

2. Your health and safety

ORA sessions complement — and never replace — care from your physician, midwife, pelvic floor physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. We do not diagnose, treat, or promise any medical outcome.

Before your first session, please confirm with your healthcare provider that yoga is appropriate for you. Tell us about any pregnancy complications, details of a recent birth, injuries, or health conditions, and let us know right away if anything changes.

Listen to your body. Stop and tell your instructor if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, contractions, bleeding, or fluid leakage, and contact your healthcare provider.

Your instructor may adapt, pause, or end a session, or ask for medical clearance, whenever continuing may not be safe.

Yoga is physical activity and carries some risk of injury. By taking part, you accept that risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Sessions in your home

Please prepare a quiet, safe space with enough room for two yoga mats and for two people to stretch fully, and tell us in advance about pets, stairs, parking, or building access.

Your instructor provides yoga instruction, not childcare; you remain responsible for your baby and any other children.

Your instructor may decline or end a session if the space is not safe.

4. Booking and payment

Prices are in US dollars: first visit $225, once per new client, and single 90-minute visit $275. There are no travel fees. The price shown when you book applies.

First visits: after you request a visit, ORA confirms your instructor and time and sends you a secure payment link. Your visit is confirmed once payment is received and ORA has reviewed your health questionnaire and signed documents. A first visit must be completed within 30 days of payment.

Returning clients book in their ORA account.

Visit packages are offered to clients after their first visit. Their price, validity, pause, transfer, refund, and renewal terms are shown before purchase and apply only once you accept them.

5. Booking changes and missed visits

Our Booking Changes and Missed Visits policy is part of these Terms. Please read it before you book.

6. Your privacy

We handle your information, including any pregnancy or health details you share, as described in our Privacy Policy. We use it only to provide your sessions and to stay in touch with you about them.

7. Photos and testimonials

We will never photograph or record you, or share your words as a testimonial, without your written permission.

8. Our instructors

Sessions are led by ORA instructors, selected and supported by Della, Head of ORA’s Professional Yoga Instructor Team. To protect the quality of your care, please book every session with an ORA instructor through ORA.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

10. Website content

The text, images, and logo on this website belong to ORA or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The Terms in effect when you book apply to that booking.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
