A softer way to become.

Our Story

ORA began with a simple belief: maternity care can feel more human.

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum bring extraordinary change. Yet in a season when so much attention naturally turns toward the baby, the woman herself can too easily become an afterthought.

We believe she deserves to be cared for, too.

ORA was created to offer a more personal and thoughtful approach to maternity wellness — one that meets each woman where she is, in her own body, at her own pace, and within the rhythm of her real life.

Through private prenatal and postpartum yoga, mindful movement, breath, and personalized care, our practitioners support women through the physical and emotional transitions of motherhood. Every ORA experience is shaped around the individual — never one-size-fits-all, never centered on performance or perfection.

Origin
Rhythm
Acceptance

Our name, ORA, speaks to the now:
A reminder to return to the body, the breath, and the moment you are living.

Because becoming does not always require doing more. Sometimes, it begins by slowing down. By listening. By allowing yourself to be supported.

We created ORA to make maternity wellness feel less clinical, less rushed, and more human. More personal. More beautiful. More present.

Head of ORA’s Professional Yoga Instructor Team

At ORA, Della leads the development of prenatal and postnatal yoga programming, teaching standards, instructor guidance, and the client-centered approach that shapes every session. Her role is to ensure that ORA's maternity yoga experiences remain thoughtful, consistent, and grounded in the real needs of women through pregnancy and postpartum.

As a yoga teacher and a mother, Della understands that this season can feel beautiful and extraordinary while also unfamiliar, demanding, and constantly changing. Her approach is not about achieving the perfect pose. It is about listening to the body, moving with intention, and creating moments of calm and connection within everyday life.

With experience teaching private and group yoga to students of different ages and abilities, alongside continued study in prenatal wellness, Della brings professional leadership and a deeply personal understanding of motherhood to ORA's curriculum and instructor development.

"My goal is for every woman who experiences ORA to feel more connected to herself, more confident in her body, and genuinely supported through this season."
