Postnatal Yoga &
Motherhood Wellness

Care for the mother, too.

After birth, your body does not need to be rushed, fixed, or returned to who it was before. It deserves time, attention, and thoughtful support.

ORA offers gentle, personalized postnatal yoga to help you gradually reconnect with your body, breath, and movement. Each practice evolves with your recovery, energy, medical guidance, and the realities of caring for a new baby.

Sessions may be created for you alone or thoughtfully include your baby when appropriate.

Your session may include:

  • Gentle postnatal yoga and mindful movement

  • Breathwork and relaxation

  • Mobility and gradual reconnection with movement

  • Rebuilding body awareness and confidence

  • Restorative practices for moments of rest

  • Mother-and-baby movement when appropriate

This experience may be right for you if:

  • You have received appropriate clearance to return to movement

  • You want gentle, personalized support after birth

  • You feel disconnected from or unfamiliar with your changing body

  • Leaving home for a class feels difficult or unrealistic

  • You want an experience centered on your wellbeing—not only the baby

Your practice will always respect your individual recovery and the guidance of your healthcare professionals.

ORA Circle

A private circle for the next chapter of motherhood.

Beyond the mat, we imagine beautifully considered gatherings: tea, flowers, thoughtful conversations and shared experiences with women in a similar season of life. ORA Circle will bring eligible package members together by invitation, as our community grows.

Small note: Future gatherings are invitation-only and subject to availability. Some experiences may carry a separate fee. Package purchase does not guarantee an invitation, a place or free admission.

Continuous

As your body and life change, your practice changes with you. ORA supports the journey—not only a single moment.

Grounded

No pressure to perform and no expectation to be flexible. Just intelligent movement, breath, and space to reconnect.

Thoughtful

From the pace of the practice to the movements selected, every detail is considered with intention.

Private

Experience thoughtful care in the comfort of your home—without commuting, crowded studios, or pressure to keep up.

Personal

No two journeys are the same. Every session begins with your body, your needs, and where you are today.

The ORA Experience

No two bodies, pregnancies, births, or recoveries are the same. That is why ORA does not ask you to fit into a standard class.

Each experience is thoughtfully adapted to your stage, comfort, energy, experience, and personal intentions—creating a practice that feels supportive, unhurried, and entirely your own.

What we bring
For your first visit, your instructor brings one Liforme yoga mat, two yoga blocks and one Manduka bolster for you to borrow at no charge during that visit. The set introduces the prop standard used in ORA sessions and is taken back at the end. For later visits, please prepare your own props to the same standard, or purchase them through ORA.

Preparing your home
Please prepare a quiet, undisturbed area with enough room for two yoga mats and for two people to stretch fully. Wear comfortable clothing and keep water nearby. Share parking or access instructions with ORA before your visit.
Your baby may be nearby during a postnatal visit. Please let us know in advance so we can plan around your needs. Your instructor provides yoga instruction, not childcare; you remain responsible for your baby and any other children.
