Why Teach with ORA
Focus on teaching
ORA handles client acquisition, booking coordination and marketing support. You are not responsible for selling packages. Your role is to offer excellent instruction, communicate with care and share relevant client updates with ORA.
Work within your area
Share the locations and times that work for you. ORA proposes visits based on your availability and agreed travel area; you are not expected to accept every address in the county.
Professional support
ORA provides required teaching props and cleaning supplies, onboarding and teaching standards. Required work beyond the visit and necessary travel are paid or reimbursed separately under the employment terms.
Compensation
Starting teaching pay is $50 per hour, or $75 for a 90-minute visit, plus 100% of tips. Higher per-visit rates apply to qualifying ongoing client relationships. Required additional work and necessary travel are handled separately.
Instructor Application
Share a bit about yourself and your teaching background. We review every application and will contact you if there is a suitable next step.
